The Top Soldier Affiliation Program is a grassroots movement fueled by Trainers who want to train military personnel. It is a call to all, who really care about our military personnel. If you want to help our Soldiers gain or regain the status: FIT TO SERVE then Top Soldier is the answer. Our growth continues and we are inviting friends to join the experience. Complete our application, license a name, get a website, start taking pictures, and become part of the growing community of Top Soldier affiliates.

Top Soldier is not a franchise and never will be. Our affiliates represent an alliance of genuine fitness practitioners united around Tried and True, intense, well-designed exercises and bringing together reliable resources under the Top Soldier name.

What is included in with a Top Soldier Affiliation?

• Legal use of the Top Soldier name, logo, and promotional materials.
• Access to a private discussion board for affiliates.
• Promotion from the main site and Community page.
• Support from HQ and the larger community through affiliate conference calls, seminars, and in-house business opportunities.

Do I need to be Top Soldier Certified?

• Potential affiliates must have their Level 1 (minimum) Top Soldier Training certification before being accepted as affiliates.

Do I need a website?

• Once you are accepted as an affiliate, you will need to have a live website before we will be able to link you on the Top Soldier site. This is our primary vehicle for promoting you; therefore, we expect you maintain a good site. Please DO NOT register a domain with the Top Soldier name in it until AFTER you have been accepted; Top Soldier is a licensed trademark and its use without our prior permission is illegal.

What are the requirements for a Top Soldier Affiliate Website?

• You must an acceptable link to Top Soldier on your home page. Freebie Sites with commercial advertisements will not be allowed.

May I purchase my own domain name?

• You may own the domain, but the use of “Top Soldier” in your domain is unlicensed and illegal, and we can legally force you to give it up. Top Soldier.Org only acknowledges the URL of the name that you have licensed from us. If you own a URL containing a Top Soldier name for which you have not been granted a license, it is useless to you. We seriously frown on folks “land grabbing” more names than the one associated with their specific affiliate and doing so may affect your acceptance into our program.

Do I need to own a Gym?

• No. We see the whole spectrum from people working out of their garages, basements, backyards, local parks, and other people’s gyms or facilities to people renting and renovating spaces or even building something from scratch. Mostly, it depends on the scope of your resources and ambitions. Many have been very successful starting small, establishing a clientele and cash flow, and then growing into larger spaces.

As an Affiliate can I certify my people to be Top Soldier Trainers?

• No. Only Top Soldier HQ can certify people. The only way to obtain a Top Soldier Training certification is to come to one of our certification training seminars.

Can there be more than one affiliate in one town, city, state, and neighborhood?

• Yes. We do not limit the number of affiliates in any given area. Almost any town or city has enough people to support numerous prosperous Top Soldier Trainers/Gyms. We think of our business as the training business, which is relationship based. Lower volume, higher quality, and higher margin. It is our belief that the more affiliates there are in one area, the more public awareness there will be of Top Soldier and the better it is for everyone. In the best examples of this we have seen affiliates work together, combining resources, ideas, and outreach capabilities, to increase traffic (and fun) for all involved.
