It Works! Just that simple. Within 6 weeks I was doing 5 times more than I have ever done before. I am performing fitness series that I never thought was possible for me. I thought I was in great shape when I started but looking back, now I know the meaning of being in shape because I am able to do more than I ever could before. Sam opened my eyes to new goals and he made sure I achieved them. No other fitness program can match this. I served with the 82nd Air Borne and did tours in Irag and Afghanistan. I came to Sam to prepare for an upcoming Police Academy. I knew I would not make it through the first day at the Academy because I was overweight and under conditioned. I heard about Boot Camp Ready training and I only had 8 weeks to prepare for the academy. I should have begun my conditioning several months earlier but I had I put it off and I now I was reaching out to Sam for his help and encouragement. I will admit I had to make a life change immediately and Sam was there for me. He didn’t just work with me during our training sessions but continued to support and encourage me the hours I was away from his gym. I was amazed how fast my waist melted and how my strength, stamina and speed increased. I thought I would be constantly training with heavy weights and running for miles. I was wrong. Not with Sam. Sam introduced me to his specialized training routines without the use of heavy power lifting and running mile after mile. I felt like a new person upon completing his training. I made the academy and I was in the top 3 of my class. And by the way, upon completing the Sam’s training I tested the first week at the academy and I was amazed because I was able to bench 400 Lbs, squat 600 lbs and run 5 miles with no problems. I had never bench more than 250lbs before, never squatted more than 375lbs and never run more than 2 miles without losing my lunch. All Trainees must abide by a Code of Conduct. Trainees are required to wear clothing either associated with the Branch of service they plan to enter, Top Soldier or Boot Camp Ready.
