Class Details:
• Where are the Full Force Trainers/Coaches located?
We have certified Full Force Trainers thru-out the USA. Give me a call at (781-502-8400)
• Do you offer private Full Force Training?
Yes we offer private training for corporations and individuals who are looking to have private training. Just give me a call at number shown at the top of the page or my cell: 781.502.8400.
• What should I bring to the session?
Generally, you should bring exercise clothing, towel and exercise gloves. Liquids are available for purchase.
• What results will I get?
Our Clients see excellent results, with most seeing fat lost, excellent strength and increased stamina every 30 days.
We track your strength and stamina from session to session. Ongoing strength and stamina evaluations are required as part of Full Force Training. (minimum of one evaluation per week)
Of course they have to follow our eating plan, which is a “Lifestyle Adjustment Plan”, Not a Diet!
This is another way our Full Force Program is very different. We provide ongoing Daily and Nightly motivational coaching as a way of supporting you. The other companies don’t.
• What if I sign up for the two or three-day plan and then want to do more days of training?
No Problem, if you want to upgrade your package we will simply Pro-Rate it for you.
In fact most of our clients come for 6 months to 1 year. After all if you really want to make a lifestyle adjustment, it’s not going to happen in only 4-6 weeks.
• What should I eat when attending Full Force Fitness Training?
We recommend eating something small before coming to any of our training session. Like 1/2 a banana and a Table Spoon of Peanut butter or 1/2 a small protein shake.
Just so you’re not totally empty and starving but by no means full at all.
If your coming to a morning, afternoon or evening sessions you should be eating one of your actual meals and finishing it 90 minutes before your session starts.
This is VERY important, 90 minutes!!!
Class Scheduling:
• What months of the year do you run Full Force Training?
All year long.
Indoor training sessions are held year around. Outdoor training is seasonal.
Clients have a choice of Indoor or Outdoor programs.
We have clients who train with us ongoing for years at a time; it’s cost effective and fun!
• How do I find out the times for my location I want to go to?
Each location has its own times.
Just contact a local Full Force Training Center for information.
Evaluation:
• What is the Evaluation?
Our evaluation process is very detailed and very unique.
It includes meeting with you trainer, body fat evaluations, measurements, pictures, postural assessments and your first strength and stamina evaluation.
• Why do you measure body fat?
Measuring Body Fat is very important!
Let’s say you lose 10lbs of weight in your program, is it muscle or body fat?
You don’t want to lose 10lbs of lean muscle do you, how would you know if you body’s composition isn’t being measured?
• Why is it important to have one every 30 days?
Let’s say in going for a 6 month program. If you’re not getting reliable feedback every 30 days you could lose almost all your weight from muscle not fat!
As well don’t you want to get feedback and be accountable so your program works, our program does that so you see great results.
Health Matters:
• I have a injury (knee problem, back problem, neck, hips ) should I join?
We have clients coming in with injuries all the time.
We modify your workout as everyone works out to accommodate your injury.
If you’re not sure just call us or contact your doctor and ask.
• I’m really (I mean really out of shape), can I join?
Yes you can!!
As long as you have been cleared by your physician that you can exercise it should be no problem.
As well we promise not to “kill” you the first week of training if you are that out of shape.
We will though push you pretty hard as you progress through our program as you get in better shape and stronger!
• Should I consider Full Force to get all of my fat weight off of me?
Absolutely!!
Almost all of our clients sign up for 3-6 months altogether. They realize that getting the weight off and getting in shape is really a challenge for them. Some of our clients have joined for 2 years or more. They just see the value in investing in their fitness and health program. Once you get in shape it’s pretty easy to stay there after but getting there is the challenge.
• I am pregnant, is it okay to join Full Force?
This all depends if it’s your first or second trimester. We don’t recommend it for the second or third trimester. If you’re not sure find out.
• How soon after my pregnancy can I join Full Force?
If you didn’t have any complications with your pregnancy then usually the rule of thumb is 6 weeks post partum.
Please however check with your physician before starting this or any other exercise program.
• How old do you have to be to join Full Force Fitness?
The minimum age requirement to participate in a Full Force Fitness program is 16 years old (with parental/guardian signature) and usually we ask Mom or Dad to join you (great way to bond ) or 18 years old without guardian signature.
Intensity:
• Is Full Force Fitness Training a “HARD CORE ” style “training”?
No, Full Force is not Hard Core style “training”.
