I know it’s not “sexy†to talk about training the old-timers way. But it works. I’m living proof. Besides being America’s “Go-To†fitness trainer, I’m a CQC Hand to Hand Instructor to Federal Agents, LEO’s and Elite Units of the Special Forces. I’m a expert marksman and Licensed Combat Hapkido Instructor who holds a 5th degree black belt in Traditional Hapkido. I’m 52 now, 6′ 1″, 250 lbs, stronger and in better health than I was at 17.
It disappoints me to think about how much time people waste following the “secret routines of today’s top bodybuilders or so called quick fix trainers.†If I could take you back in time and help you do it all over again knowing what I know… well, let’s just say I’ll show you how to do a lot of things different. After all, hindsight is 20/20.

My method:
Non-stop high intensity bursts of cardio combined with total body muscle endurance exercises throughout the session resulting in achieving max heart rate quickly and sustaining it throughout the session for maximum calorie burn and muscle fatigue in a minimal amount of time.

All levels of personal training from those just starting out with an exercise program to athletes looking to take their training to the next level.
Sport specific training, weight training, cardio improvement, weight loss, Boot Camp style training, Kick Boxing/Boxing workouts.
Clients train at a 6,000sq ft. private club with no more than 3 clients at a time in the club.We have over 20 weight machines, open mat space, free weights, tread mills and more.
