I know it’s not “sexy” to talk about training the old-timers way. But it works. I’m living proof. Besides being America’s “Go-To” fitness trainer, I’m a Licensed Close Quarter Hand to Hand Combat Instructor and hold a 5th degree black belt in Hapkido. I’m 52 now, 6′ 1″, 250 lbs, stronger and in better health than I was at 17.
It disappoints me to think about how much time people waste following the “secret routines of today’s top bodybuilders or so called quick fix trainers.” If I could take you back in time and help you do it all over again knowing what I know… well, let’s just say I’ll show you how to do a lot of things different. After all, hindsight is 20/20.
