This is the day, make the discovery…

I was 17 and I was studying at one of the used book stores when I decided to see what kind of weight training books they had.

As luck would have it, I found a collection of weight training books from the 1920’s and 30’s. Even though the books were nearly 60 years old, the information inside was brand new to me. These old-time weight lifters had unlocked the key to rapid muscle gains and they did it without steroids, fancy equipment or time-consuming routines.

Once I started applying the principles of the old-time trainers, I started gaining muscle at a rapid pace. In the first 3 months, I gained 27 pounds. In total, I’ve gained over 65 pounds since I first discovered the secrets of old-time muscle gain. I’m 52 now, stronger and in better health than I was at 17.
